Kate Beckinsale took a massive tumble while leaving a Halloween party at Delilah in West Hollywood, Calif., Tuesday night.
The actress, 50, was photographed lying on the side of a road after tripping in her towering red platform stilettos.
She paired the heels with a sexy flight attendant costume, which comprised of a black minidress with a red lapel, thigh-high black stockings and a small box purse.
Beckinsale added a vintage, beret-style black hat to her ensemble and carried a tray of drinks along with a barf bag labeled “Passenger Vomit.”
Even her glam was on point, as the “Underworld” star pulled her blond tresses back into a voluminous ponytail and completed her look with a slick of red lipstick.
After Beckinsale fell on her back, a fellow partygoer was seen picking her up and holding her hand as she got into an SUV.
The British beauty is no stranger to donning ultra-high heels on red carpets and flaunting her toned figure on social media.
Just last month, she stepped out in sky-high platforms that made her look like she was levitating.
She paired a tiny bodysuit with a wide-brim hat and a matching gold veil for a charity event in Los Angeles.
Beckinsale also wowed in a bedazzled Zuhair Murad Couture romper with a dramatic train at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.

When she shared a photo of the glam look on her Instagram, several followers accused her of getting plastic surgery.
“please tell me you had a facelift because it’s not possible to be this gorgeous at 50,” one fan commented, prompting the “Pearl Harbor” star to defend her youthful appearance.
“no threads no thread lift no Botox no laser no nose job no filler,” she responded.
Beckinsale also noted that she does get “facials with prp to boost collagen and micro current for skin tightening and oxygen,” adding, “I probably would try laser but I’m a bit scared . Haven’t so far.”
When another follower wrote, “Lol why do Celebrities have to deny their face procedures? Just dont lie about it,” the “Guilty Party” star clapped back once more.
“I haven’t had a facelift or filler or Botox. I’m not lying and I don’t have to accept people accusing me of things I haven’t done,” she wrote.
Beckinsale, who said in 2021 she does not think about aging “that much,” continued her commenting spree by telling another Instagram user who asked, “whatever happened to aging naturally” that she has “no filler” and “don’t be sad for me.”
