Old habits die hard.
Supermodel Kate Moss was seen smoking outside a swanky London restaurant, just one month after seemingly switching tobacco for vaping.
The former party girl, who was once called the “greatest smoker of all time,” was pictured puffing away in front of Cecconi’s in the Mayfair neighborhood with her brother, Nick, and their dad, Peter.
The mother of one, who began touting her new wellness brand Cosmoss last year, stunned in a bright pink blouse with blue polka dots.
She paired the button down with straight-cut, dark wash jeans and open-toe black pumps.
Moss, 49, appeared to go makeup-free for the outing, putting her au naturale complexion on display as she held a cigarette up to her mouth.
The sighting comes just a few weeks after she was pictured puffing on a vape while strolling through London with her 20-year-old daughter, Lila.
The up-and-coming model looked bemused as her mother handed her the e-cigarette, seemingly signaling the end of her smoking days.
The British icon was renowned for her love of substances, and was nicknamed “The Tank” by her pals at the height of her partying days in the ’90s.
However, she has reportedly been sober for two years amid the launch of Cosmoss.

“When I started to take care of myself things began to change,” she told ES Magazine last year. “I think I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.”
Moss noted that her “happy place” used to be on the dance floor, but now she wants to “wake up feeling fresh.”
“I want to wake up and do Pilates or yoga. I love the mornings. Looking forward to getting up in the morning is quite new to me,” she gushed.
“I do get genuinely excited about it, that the day ahead of me is full of things to do. Now, work is such a pleasure compared to what it was, it makes it much easier.”
She also emphasized that Cosmoss — though a wellness brand — was not encouraging people to change themselves.
“The important thing about changing your lifestyle is that you don’t change yourself. I used to be a hedonist and that is still a part of my personality, that hasn’t gone,” she admitted.
“It’s good to be multi-faceted and we all have to recognize those different parts of our personality.”
