Kathy Hilton has listed her family’s palatial Hamptons home for $14.95 million — more than six times the price she paid for the property nearly 25 years ago.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 64, and her husband Rick Hilton, 68, purchased the six-bedroom Southampton, N.Y., getaway in 1999 for $2.38 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
According to the Corcoran Group, who listed the property, the 10,500 square-foot home built in the 1990s is perched on a spanning 2.7-acre estate inside a private gated community and features all the fixings of a perfect summer escape.
“The layout is perfect for comfortable living and entertaining, and we have countless happy memories there,” Rick told the Wall Street Journal in a statement.
One of the more important moments to happen in the home was when the couple’s daughter, Paris Hilton, met her now-husband Carter Reum during their 2019 Thanksgiving at the manse.
However, the “Simple Life” alum’s parents explained that the family hasn’t been going out east too much after they moved to Los Angeles in the 2000s.
The gorgeous abode features high ceilings, cozy wood-burning fireplaces, and a stylish shingle roof.

The Hiltons refurbished the kitchen, bathrooms and primary suite and the dwelling also has an elegant library and a large formal dining room.

Kathy and Rick tied the knot in 1979 and are parents to Paris, 42, Nicky, 40, Baron, 34, and Conrad, 29.
