Kendra Wilkinson shared an update on her mental health months after suffering a panic attack in September.
“I just recently finished treatment for my depression and anxiety,” the “Girls Next Door” alum captioned a black-and-white selfie on Instagram Friday.
The single mom of two added that she was “beyond happy” to share the news after making headlines for her visit to an emergency room in Los Angeles.
“Being a solo act can get heavy sometimes and life can get challenging but i do the best I can and push with positive energy,” she continued.
“Back on my feet. Happily working in real estate, taking care of my babies and myself. Great friends. Heart is full of gratitude!!! ☀️.”
Page Six confirmed Wilkinson, 38, took herself to the emergency room on Sept. 6 after suffering a panic attack and being unable to sleep the night before. However, she was not admitted.
According to TMZ, Wilkinson was “desperate for help” by the time she arrived and was even “pleading” for a doctor.

She had allegedly been feeling stressed due to the challenges of balancing single motherhood and her real estate career.
The former Playboy model waited at the hospital with her ex-husband, Hank Baskett, by her side.
Wilkinson and Baskett, 41, were married for nearly a decade before filing for divorce in 2018; a year later, their divorce was finalized.
The former couple’s marriage made headlines in 2014 when it was revealed that Baskett allegedly had an affair with a transgender model while Wilkinson was eight months pregnant with their second child.
Four years earlier, the exes faced another scandal when an old sex tape of Wilkinson with an ex-boyfriend was leaked.
Despite their highs and lows as a couple, Wilkinson said earlier this year that she will “always” love Baskett.
“He’s the greatest father to my kids and that’s all I really just ask for. That itself is so good,” she told Us Weekly in May.
“It’s good enough and if later down the line things happen, then they happen,” she said, adding, ”I will always love him and I loved him once. Love doesn’t just go away.”
