Kourtney Kardashian is taking things slow and reflecting on the “most important job in the world”: being a mother.
The reality star took to Instagram Stories on Saturday to share another clip of herself walking on a treadmill as she kickstarts her workout routine since welcoming baby Rocky.
“doing the most important job in the world,” she wrote over it. “being a mommy, keeping my baby alive, on demand breastfeeding means keeping calories high with lots of nourishing foods.”
Kardashian, 44, also added that she’s taking things easy post-partum.
“taking time to slowly ease back into some uphill walks on the treadmill when I can sneak them in, along with my walks outside in the stroller.
“be kind to yourself,” she ended the message.
But that isn’t the only thing the Poosh creator is doing to keep herself healthy lately.
Last week, she posted a video of herself walking on a treadmill explaining that it was her “first day in the gym” since giving birth.
“No rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it’s not a race,” she added.

“The Kardashians” star welcomed a baby boy named Rocky on Nov.1 with husband and Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker, 48.
The pregnancy was not without complications as Kardashian underwent “urgent fetal surgery” in September to save the baby’s life.
“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” the reality star wrote via Instagram at the time. “I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.”
Almost two months after his birth, the couple gave fans a first glimpse of their baby on Instagram.
The carousel of photos included the baby being cradled by both Barker and Kardashian and one shot of her breastfeeding.
It was simply captioned: “ROCKY 🖤.”
Kardashian also shares sons Mason and Reign and daughter Penelope with ex Scott Disick.
As for Barker, he shares son Landon and daughter Alabama, along with stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
Kardashian announced her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert in June. One week later, they held a rock ‘n’ roll-themed gender reveal party where they announced that they were expecting a boy.
