Kourtney Kardashian is a postpartum styling pro.
The “Kardashians” star welcomed her fourth child, Rocky, in November, and the busy mom took a moment to share her new mom essential guide on Instagram Tuesday.
“Getting dressed postpartum while breastfeeding=throwing on an oversized coat, flat shoes pretty much always,” she wrote on her Instagram Story as she snapped a mirror selfie in a long tan trench coat with a black outfit underneath.
In addition, the Poosh founder said she “loves leggings, sweats, anything baggy and comfortable aka husband’s vintage t shirts and dickies.”
She added, “anything super fast to throw on=less time away from my baby the better.. Makeup routine up next.”
In a second photo, the reality star poses in the same coat as she shared her “2 minute hair & makeup with a baby.”

“Dab @kosas concealer, curl lashes, one coat mascara, brush eyebrows, clear @kyliecosmetics lipgloss,” she wrote.
The Lemme founder — who shares 3-month-old Rocky with husband Travis Barker and Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9, with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick — admitted she doesn’t do anything with her hair, though.
“Hair wet left to dry however it wants (tuck it in jacket lol)” she wrote.
In a third pic, she added an arrow pointing to what appears to be Rocky’s foot on a baby activity mat, writing, “a good playmat for baby to play on while you quickly do this routine is everything…or dad’s arms.”
Her easy-breezy morning routine follows a more made-up look she rocked at a Blink 182 concert in Australia last week, with the TV personality wearing a white football jersey with no pants as she joined Rocky, Penelope and Reign for her husband’s show.
While she sported some smokey eye makeup, her loose, wavy hair was pulled back in a stretchy black headband, showing she loves her no-fuss hair routine, even on nights out.
