Kris Jenner’s ex-bodyguard dismisses sexual harassment lawsuit against momager after 3 years

Kris Jenner’s former bodyguard has filed to dismiss his sexual harassment lawsuit against the momager after three years of legal battles.

Marc McWilliams requested to dismiss his “entire action” against all parties, which also included Kourtney Kardashian, Armor Protection Services and David Shield Security, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

He is asking to dismiss “with prejudice,” meaning he cannot bring the issue to court again.

It is unclear whether there was a financial component to the dismissal.

Attorneys for Jenner and Kardashian declined to comment, and reps for the pair had no comment.

Marc McWilliams had sued the momager and her daughter Kourtney Kardashian in 2017 for discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation.

McWilliams filed the bombshell lawsuit, which also included claims of discrimination and hostile work environment, in September 2020.

He alleged that Jenner had made nonconsensual physical contact with him in “an inappropriate and sexual nature,” but nothing happened after he complained to her and his supervisors at Shield Security.

McWilliams claimed that he also complained to human resources between May 2017 and September 2018 but no action was taken until Jenner allegedly “began intentionally retaliating against” him.

He alleged that he was “suspended” from protecting the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch but continued to provide security for the Poosh creator before he said he was “terminated” from the team.

Jenner and Kardashian’s attorney at the time, Marty Singer, vehemently denied the “absurd” allegations in a statement to Page Six.

The Lemme founder was named in the suit but no allegations were leveled against her.

“The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job, Singer said.

“Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later. Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so.”

Singer promised that the mother-daughter duo would “immediately sue” upon securing a legal victory against McWilliams, though it is unclear if that is still the case given they have not only settled but also changed attorneys representing them in the case.
