Kyle Richards burst into tears onstage at BravoCon 2023 when the topic of her separation from Mauricio Umansky came up.
“This is not my idea of my fairy tale, clearly,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star said during Sunday’s panel in Las Vegas as she wiped away tears.
The teary-eyed reality star also mentioned how “a lot of people” have been urging her to “fix everything” with Umansky and to “pull it together.”
“Obviously, that’s what I want,” she said as her voice cracked.
Kathy Hilton even showed support for her little sister, agreeing with a fan who wrote in the comment section of Page Six’s Instagram post that someone should “get up and give [Richards] a proper hug.”
“Thank you !🙏❤️,” Hilton replied.
As previously reported, Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, revealed in July that they were separating after 27 years of marriage.
While the exact reason for the marital woes is unclear, the two emphasized in a joint statement at that time that there was no “wrongdoing on anyone’s part.”
“We both love and respect each other tremendously,” they said in the statement posted to social media.
Following news of the split, rumors began circulating that Richards was romantically involved with country singer Morgan Wade.

However, both have maintained that they are just “very good friends.”
Amid fan speculation that the 28-year-old musician and the Bravolebrity were something more than platonic, a music video featuring steamy moments between the two was released in August.
While the music video seemed to fuel speculation that something was going on, Richards clarified during Sunday’s panel that she filmed the video with the support of her family.
“My family knew I was making the video before I made the video,” she said.
“RHOBH” co-star Dorit Kemsley also chimed in, explaining that Richards had filmed the entire music video well before the rumors of infidelity with Wade surfaced.
“She had filmed the video beforehand. It just was bad timing,” Kemsley said.
Richards — who shares three daughters with Umansky — has previously spoken about how difficult her split from the real estate broker has been.
“This has been very hard to do [because] it’s playing out with so many people having eyes on us and being in the public eye,” she said during an Amazon Live in August.
