Kyle Richards claims her $8 million mansion is haunted: ‘I hear footsteps’

Kyle Richards believes her $8 million California mansion is haunted.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star revealed the theory about her Encino property in an appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” Tuesday.

“Do you believe in supernatural stuff? Like, have you ever seen ghosts?” the TV host asked Richards during the Halloween episode. “I haven’t, I want to.”

“Oh, come over to my house,” the Bravolebrity responded.

Kyle then explained that “strange” occurrences have taken place since her mother, Kathleen Richards, died in 2002.

“I’ve lost both my parents and I’ve had some things happen,” she said. “Like a lot of things happen, especially after my mom passed away.”

“Things happen like lights going on where they weren’t even plugged in, really weird things,” she said.

“And then my house that I live in now was built in 1882 and moved by trolley in 1912,” Kyle, 54, added. “And I hear footsteps a lot. Every one of my family has heard the footsteps.”

The reality star also revealed that her home was previously owned by Smokey Robinson, who confirmed the eerie movements at an Oscars party earlier this year.

“Things happen like lights going on where they weren’t even plugged in,” the reality star said.

“I did not need to hear that. I wanted to believe that I was imagining it. But the funny thing is it feels safe though. It’s, like, a good spirit.”

Kyle and her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, purchased their sprawling San Fernando Valley mansion back in 2017. The estate measures at 10,600 square feet and has seven bedrooms and eight baths.

She and the “Buying Beverly Hills” star, 53, previously lived in a $6 million property in Bel-Air that they bought in 2011.

The reality TV personalities, who have been married for 27 years, still live under the same roof despite the news of their separation in July.
