Lenny Hochstein still owes Lisa $125K for move out of Miami mansion, original settlement back on table

Lisa Hochstein scored a major legal win in her ongoing divorce battle with her estranged husband, Lenny.

The Miami judge presiding over their dissolution ruled Tuesday that the plastic surgeon cannot rescind his original marriage settlement proposal, which he first attempted to do in August.

Court documents obtained exclusively by Page Six state that Lenny’s motion is “moot” and granted the court the right to enforce the agreement.

“He cannot now renegotiate the terms of the Agreement,” Lisa’s attorney, Jordan Davis Modavi, tells Page Six, adding that it’s a “binding contract.”

The “Real Housewives of Miami” star also filed documents, obtained by Page Six, hitting back at her estranged husband’s claims that she took “the bulk” of “furnishings, artwork and household items” from their Star Island, Fla., mansion when she moved into her new, $32,000-per-month Miami condo.

A judge ruled that Lenny’s original marriage settlement proposal is on the table despite his request to rescind it.

Lisa, 41, insists that she took a “reasonable” amount of furnishings to her new abode, stating the the amount of furniture and artwork amounted to about 10 to 15 percent of the former couple’s total belongings in their marital estate.

She also claims she coughed up $80,000 of her own money to complete the furnishing of her new residence despite the “boob god” promising to reimburse her in the amount of $125,000.

“[Lenny] clearly has the ability to reimburse [Lisa] for the moving expenses she incurred, and his refusal to do so is yet another example of [Lenny] attempting to publicly hurt and punish [Lisa] by refusing to fulfill his financial obligations to her,” the documents state.

Mondavi also blasted Lenny’s “emergency” motion for relief following Lisa’s “failure to act reasonably” during her relocation.

“It is an absolute abuse of the Court’s finite judicial resources for Lenny to seek relief from the Court on an ’emergency’ basis, when the matters for which he is seeking relief are certainly not life or death matters,” Mondavi tells Page Six in a statement.

“There are families in Miami-Dade County with real emergencies that require judicial intervention on an emergency basis. Lenny’s ‘Emergency’ Motion relates to household items like fake plants and pillows that he alleges he did not agree to Lisa taking from the parties’ Former Marital Residence.”

Lisa’s attorney also blasted the “boob god” for frivolously spending money to litigate instead of “conserving” the resources for their kids.

Had the Bravolebrity and Lenny, 57, not reached an agreement on the household items to be split, the former pair agreed to attend mediation; however, Lenny filed an “emergency” motion instead of scheduling a meeting.

“It is unfortunate that Lenny continues to unnecessarily utilize the parties’ financial resources to litigate, instead of conserving those resources for the parties’ children,” Mondavi says of the former couple’s kids, Logan and Elle.

“Lenny’s actions are illustrative of his inability to put the children’s best interests and needs ahead of his own.”
