Lindsay Hubbard admits she’s ‘nervous’ to see ex Carl Radke at BravoCon after bitter breakup

Lindsay Hubbard admitted she is a bit “nervous” to come face-to-face with her former fiancé, Carl Radke, for the first time in nearly two months.

The “Summer House” stars, who called off their wedding in August, are slated to attend the same panel at BravoCon on Friday, which Hubbard has mixed emotions about.

“I am definitely a little nervous to see Carl today on our panel,” Hubbard said during an Amazon live. “It’s really the first time I’ve seen him in a long time, and it’s going to be in front of thousands of fans.”

“I don’t know if I’m going to get emotional, or feel any certain way, be sad or angry, but I am excited overall about BravoCon and, ultimately, the happiness of being here and being with the fans is going to carry me through that tough panel.”

The reality TV star, 37, revealed earlier this week that she hasn’t spoken to her ex since mid-September — and the conversation didn’t go very well.

“We attempted to sit down right before I went to the Bahamas [on what was supposed to be my bachelorette trip] and he was incapable of taking accountability,” she told Us Weekly in an interview published Wednesday.

“I’m not gonna sit through a conversation with somebody who has no empathy or realization or self-awareness to understand what he did.”

However, Hubbard revealed they do occasionally text when Radke needs to get something from their apartment, which he has since moved out of.

Radke, 38, “blindsided” Hubbard over the summer when he decided to end their relationship just months before they were set to walk down the aisle.

However, Hubbard was especially hurt by her former partner’s decision to call producers and “set up the cameras” to capture the breakup.

The 38-year-old broke up with Hubbard in August, three months before their wedding.

After giving herself “time and space to go through the emotions of grief and pain,” Hubbard is finally in a “really good” place.

“I’m doing a lot better now. It’s been about two months since everything happened and I am really in a good place — truly,” she explained on Amazon Live. “I’m excited about the future and my new future journeys of what I have going on with being single, dating and seeing what’s out there.”

In fact, it appears the Bravolebrity is ready to put herself back out there — and she already has a certain person in mind.

However, Hubbard is ready to move on from the relationship and said she is looking for a guy who is “ambitious” and “has a lot of drive” — preferably out of the Bravo universe.

Although the blond beauty admitted she might need “a break from Bravo guys,” that doesn’t include “Below Deck” star Captain Jason Chambers.

“I’m looking forward to meeting him this weekend and he has a yacht, so maybe he’s the exception I’ll make this weekend… I’m looking to just have fun right now,” she joked. “I’m ready to flirt and get back out there but I’m not taking anything too seriously and I’m doing a lot of traveling so I’m meeting new people.”

Aside from finding someone “in a different industry,” Hubbard is also looking for a man who is “ambitious and has a lot of drive,” as well as “successful in their own right.”

Radke and Hubbard, who dated on and off since 2017, got engaged in 2022.
