Mark Wahlberg and his wife, Rhea Durham, turned up the heat as they kicked off their holiday trip.
According to photos obtained by Page Six, the “Ted” star and the model enjoyed some alone time as they took a plunge in the ocean near Sandy Lane Hotel in Bridgetown, Barbados, Saturday.
They canoodled in the water and shared a few laughs and were later joined by their 13-year-old daughter Grace, who held onto the actor’s shoulders while swimming.
However, Wahlberg, who sported gray swim trunks and sunglasses, looked to be on edge as he caught sight of lurking paparazzi in the distance.
As for Durham, she appeared carefree while emerging from the ocean in a one-piece brown swimsuit.
Durham and Wahlberg travel every year for Christmas along with their four kids: Ella, 20, Michael, 17, Brendan, 15, and Grace. It’s unknown if the rest of their children joined them for the beach outing.
The “Departed” star, 52, and Durham, 45, who wed in 2009, are very family-oriented and recently ditched their $90 million mansion in California for Las Vegas in a bid for a “better life.”
Wahlberg got candid about the positive impact the October 2022 move had on his children’s lives, admitting it was time to focus on their interests.
“They love Vegas,” he told E! News in April. “I spent lots of time in LA pursuing my interests and my career, and now it’s time for them to pursue theirs.”
The “Uncharted” actor also made the move to focus on being more of a hands-on family man, which he appears to be taking seriously as he was seen crashing a frat party with his oldest daughter, Ella, in September.
Wahlberg detailed the thrill of the ultimate college experience while visiting his eldest at Clemson University in South Carolina.
“They were having the most fun I’ve ever seen anybody have, ever! Even more than her coming to Vegas,” he recalled to “Entertainment Tonight” in December.
“It was nuts. Parents’ weekend was incredible,” he continued, adding he never went to college since he jumped into acting as a teenager.
In an emotional Instagram post from January, Durham documented that she and Wahlberg dropped Ella off at college for her first year.
