Matthew Perry’s family, ‘Friends’ co-stars seen at cemetery 6 days after actor’s death

The one where they will likely say their final goodbyes.

Matthew Perry’s friends and family gathered at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills neighborhood Friday afternoon for what appears to be a service in honor of the late actor.

His father, John Bennett Perry, and stepfather, Keith Morrison, were photographed arriving at the funeral burial site in photos exclusively obtained by Page Six.

Jennifer Aniston’s security guards appeared to make a journey from her home to the venue, as well.

The cast of “Friends” was also spotted making their way towards the memorial park.

The “Friends” actress was seen in an aerial paparazzi shot walking to the cemetery alongside Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer and Lisa Kudrow.

Earlier this week, eyewitnesses spotted Matthew’s surviving sisters, his mother, Suzanne Perry, and her husband, Morrison, at Forest Lawn, likely making preparations.

However, it is unclear if the apparent service on Friday is indeed Matthew’s official memorial or funeral.

Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow were dressed in all black.
This is the first time the cast has been seen together since Perry’s passing.

His parents and siblings were seen on Oct. 31 walking around the green landscape with a funeral home representative while looking out at the vast plot of land.

Suzanne and Morrison, 76, were clearly in mourning as they had very somber looks on their faces and were dressed in all black.

The cemetery serves as a final resting place for many A-list stars, including Michael Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, Carrie Fisher and Paul Walker, and may hold special significance to the Perry family.

The Hollywood Hills Memorial Park is opposite Warner Bros. studios, where Matthew’s iconic show “Friends” was filmed and he spent years making people laugh with his beloved character Chandler Bing.

Suzanne and Morrison were seen earlier this week scouting the cemetery.

The award-winning actor’s funeral comes just days after he was found dead from an apparent drowning at his home in Los Angeles on Oct. 28. He was 54.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ at the time that first responders were called to the scene following a report of an individual going into cardiac arrest.

The 911 call was reportedly placed by his assistant, who found him unresponsive in his jacuzzi.

The location of his death was eerie because Matthew posted a photo of himself from that exact, same site just five days before he passed.

He captioned the pic, which was his final social media post, on Oct. 23, “Oh, so warm water swirling around makes you feel good? I’m Mattman.”

Following Matthew’s death there was speculation that drugs may have contributed to his passing given his history of substance abuse, but many people came forward to dispel concerns about his mental health.

His pickleball coach said the “Fools Rush In” star was “doing really well” before his death and was “trying to get people clean.”

A gal pal, who was the last person photographed with him at lunch the day before he died, said Matthew was in “extremely good spirits” when she saw him.

Preliminary toxicology reports have reportedly also shown that the “Whole Nine Yards” star did not have fentanyl or meth in his body at the time of his death. However, the full autopsy report results have been delayed pending additional testing.

In the meantime, Matthew’s family and co-stars have been trying to remember the late actor for his positive attributes and not his darkest moments.

Matthew’s “Friends” co-stars Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Matt LeBlanc said they were “devastated” over the loss.

“There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss,” the actors said in their own joint statement.

“In time we will say more, as and when we are able. For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world.”
