Romance rumors are heating up for Mauricio Umansky and his “Dancing With the Stars” partner, Emma Slater amid his separation from Kyle Richards.
Umansky, 53, and the dance pro, 34, were spotted getting flirty during a romantic dinner date at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Sunday.
Photos obtained by Page Six show the duo holding hands as they exited the restaurant and a witness said that they exchanged kisses while seated at the bar inside.
Slater was seen wrapping her arm around the real estate broker’s waist in the restaurant’s parking lot and their date lasted around three hours.
In July, news broke that Umansky and Richards, 54, separated after 27 years of marriage.
While the duo initially denied the breakup claims, the “Buying Beverly Hills” star confirmed last month that they had split.
“Kyle and I are human beings, OK? We have emotions, we have feelings, we’re going through a really hard time, OK?” Umansky told TMZ in September.
“We are currently separated, we are not talking about divorce and we’re trying to deal with this stuff internally with ourselves privately.”
He went on to say that divorce is “not a part of our conversation right now.”
“That is not part of what we’re dealing with. We’re dealing with a separation,” Umansky stressed.
“We’ve had 26 amazing years,” he said, adding that recent months have been “really tough” on the estranged couple.
He also exclusively told Page Six in October that while they were “struggling” amid their separation, he and Richards are “not throwing in the towel yet.”
Umansky shut down rumors that the Bravo star cheated on him with country singer Morgan Wade.
“There is no doubt in my mind that Kyle has not slept or cheated with Morgan Wade. They are really great friends,” he told TMZ. “They are filming stuff together, they’re doing stuff together. They are not in a relationship.”
Umansky— who shares daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15, with Richards — added that he and the “RHOB” star will “always love each other” and “always be friends.”

Richards, who also shares 34-year-old daughter Farrah Brittany with her first husband Guraish Aldjufrie, showed up to support Umansky while he and Slater competed on “DWTS” premiere in September.
She and the “Fall In Love With Me” singer, 28, have been spurring dating speculation after being seen on several cozy public outings together. However, Richards denied the accusations and asserted that they were just friends.
Umansky’s marriage woes with Richards will play out in the upcoming season of “RHOBH.”
Meanwhile, Slater and her “DWTS” co-star Sasha Farber ended things after four years of marriage in August 2022.
“We’re just at potentially two different places. But the hard part was that the love actually didn’t go [away],” Slater said on Nick Viall’s “Viall Files” podcast this August.
But Slater still has high hopes for starting a family one day and shared that she is freezing her eggs.
Reps for Slater and Umansky did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
