Paris Hilton revealed on Friday that she and her husband, Carter Reum, secretly welcomed their second baby.
“Thankful for my baby girl🥹👶🏼,” the 42-year-old captioned an Instagram photo of a pink outfit monogrammed with the name London.
Proud aunt Nicky Hilton, shared her love for the “beautiful baby girl” in the comments.
In multiple TikTok videos, Paris called her son, Phoenix, a “big brother” and gushed to her nieces and nephews about having “two babies.”
Page Six has reached out to Paris’ rep for comment.
The reality star teased her expanding family in a September Instagram video, telling Nicky, 40, about her plans for a “baby girl one day.”
Paris’ younger sister joked, “I’m sure it’s very soon and you’re being secretive and not telling us.
“She’s probably hidden in the other room right now.”
Nicky’s jabs referenced Paris’ previous decision to keep her family members in the dark when she became a mom to son Phoenix in January with the help of a surrogate.
The “Simple Life” alum debuted her baby boy via Instagram, writing, “You are already loved beyond words.”
Paris and Reum only showed their son’s hand at the time, waiting until the following month to reveal the little one’s face.
In March, the new mom explained her secrecy to Rolling Stone.
“My life has just been so public, my whole life has been, just, invaded,” she said. “I felt like, for my baby, I just wanted him to come into the world and just be here and not have all this weird [attention].”
The DJ didn’t introduce the infant to her mother, Kathy Hilton, for one full week — but lessened the blow with a Chanel bag.

“I was like, if I give her Chanel first, maybe she won’t be so upset that I didn’t tell her about this,” Paris joked, recalling leaving the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum “in tears.”
Kathy is already a grandmother to Nicky and husband James Rothschild’s three kids, as well as Barron Hilton and wife Tessa Gräfin von Walderdorff’s two.
Paris, who married Reum in November 2021, spoke about starting a family with the venture capitalist via gestational carrier before tying the knot.
Since Phoenix’s arrival, she has been vocal about wanting a baby girl named London Marilyn.
