It looks like Patrick Dempsey is still as McDreamy as ever.
The 57-year-old actor posted a touching tribute to his wife, Jillian Dempsey, on Monday in honor of their 24th wedding anniversary.
“24 years !! What an amazing path we have been on ! love you ! Happy anniversary,” the “Grey’s Anatomy” alum captioned an Instagram photo of the couple hiking.
Jillian also shared on her Instagram Story that her husband gifted her a bouquet of roses for the special day.
“Flowers from my hubz!” she wrote. “Gorgeous @patrickdempsey.”
The makeup artist also posted her own tribute for their anniversary.
She shared another picture from their hike with the caption, “Happy 24th anniversary Paddy, our hike was incredible 😂 🐝.”
The pair, who wed in 1999, briefly separated in 2015 with Jillian filing for divorce.
They were spotted holding hands 11 months after announcing their split and called off their divorce in January 2016.

Patrick revealed around the time of their reconciliation that “lots of sex” had saved their marriage.
The couple share three children together: Tallula, 21, and twins Darby and Sullivan, 16.
The “Disenchanted” star made headlines in December 2022 when his wife shared a video of him shaving his head, which left fans “traumatized” over his new look.
“Change is good!” she captioned the black-and-white video, although fans in the comments could not disagree more.
“This isn’t funny Jill, you made him get rid of his hero hair,” one person griped. “HIS PRECIOUS HAIR,” another lamented.
“I think this is more traumatizing than Derek’s death,” a third user joked, referring to Patrick’s “Grey’s Anatomy” character Dr. Derek Shepherd being killed off in Season 11.
