RHOA's Porsha Williams Warns Ex Simon Not to "Destroy" Financial Records as She Requests Prenup Be Enforced Amid Divorce, Plus If Bravo is Filming Drama and Simon Eyes New Rolls Royce

Porsha Williams doesn’t want her estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, to destroy any of his financial documents amid their divorce.

In recently filed court paperwork, Porsha, 42, who announced her return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta just weeks ago, requested the prenuptial agreement they signed ahead of their November 2022 wedding be enforced as she also warned Simon, 59, “not to destroy, conceal, or alter” any information regarding his finances.

Simon must spare “financial records or statements; all income records; all tax records; all expense records; all recordings or evidence reflecting relevant conduct by either party” or risk facing sanctions, her court documents, obtained by Page Six on February 27, stated, adding that their prenup “sets forth each party’s separate property interests and marital property interests.”

According to Porsha, who recently removed “Guobadia” from her Instagram bio, she and Simon are “living in a bona fide state of separation,” and their marriage is “irretrievably broken [with] no prospects for a reconciliation.”

As Porsha also requested Simon be responsible for her legal fees, her attorney, Randall Kessler, said she is “hopeful” that she and Simon will “reach an agreement settling all issues between them.”

As RHOA fans will recall, Simon proposed to Porsha, who shares four-year-old daughter Pilar Jhena with ex-fiance Dennis McKinley, after just a month of dating, and shortly after his marriage to series “friend” Falynn Pina came to an end.

An additional February 27 report from Radar Online revealed that Porsha also asked that Simon refrain from selling any property amid their split, and not dissolve “any video, audio, paper, or electronic files or other data in connection with this pending litigation, including, but not limited to, any of the following items that are either presently in your possession or control, or which may come into your possession while this case is ongoing: any financial records or statements; all income records; all tax records; all expense records; all recordings or evidence reflecting relevant conduct by either party; any item that supports any defense raised by you to this complaint’ and/or any item which supports any claim made by you in any counterclaim or pleading filed in this matter.”

“You are further notified that a failure to comply with this notice may result in sanctions for any destruction or failures to preserve any such evidence, including without limitation adverse inferences against you at trial, as well as an award of expenses and attorney fees necessitate by such conduct,” her divorce petition continued.

While fans are certainly interested to hear what led up to the split between Porsha and Simon, and what has gone on afterward, an NBCUniversal spokesperson confirmed to Radar Online that producers haven’t yet begun filming season 16. That said, the new episodes will certainly cover their divorce.

“Porsha is a star on her own without Simon. He was not important to Bravo,” an insider said, adding that “fans love” Porsha and are happy about her return, regardless of whether or not Simon is alongside her.

Amidst the drama, and following a $814,000 lawsuit claiming his company failed to pay for their use of a private jet, Simon took to his Instagram page with a video of a new Rolls Royce he’s considering buying.

“Thinking of getting my first electric automobile, the Rolls Royce Spectre 2024 – the first of its kind. What you’ll think…should I purchase one?” he asked his fans and followers on Tuesday.

Needless to say, the post garnered quite a reaction from Simon’s online audience.

“Simone said ‘Who broke!?’” one person stated.

“Baby ….. if unbothered was a person,’ another noted.

“Simon, you didn’t pay for that jet so how you going to buy a new car?” asked a third.

“I don’t think you are broke after all but stay humble until we can all figure this out. We the online in-laws are very confused right now,” said a fourth person.

No word on when The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 will go into production.
