Priscilla Presley confirms she’ll be buried next to ex-husband Elvis after her death: It’s ‘what I want’

Priscilla Presley’s wish of being buried at Graceland — near ex-husband Elvis Presley — after her death will be granted.

Months after the actress and her granddaughter Riley Keough reached a settlement regarding Lisa Marie Presley’s trust, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lynn Scaduto officially signed off on the agreement Tuesday, according to People.

The official documents confirm Priscilla’s burial wish among other things, according to an unredacted filing by Keough’s attorney People claimed to have obtained Friday.

Priscilla is expected to be buried in the Meditation Garden of Graceland, which Keough now owns after it was passed down from Elvis to Lisa Marie and then on to her.

Elvis’ mother, Gladys Presley, grandmother, Minnie Mae, father, Vernon Presley, Lisa Marie and her son and Keough’s brother, Benjamin Keough, who died in 2020 by suicide, lie in the Meditation Garden for their final resting places with Elvis.

According to the outlet, Scaduto also confirmed Priscilla will be paid a $1 million lump sum from her daughter’s $25 million life insurance policy, which Page Six reported in June.

In addition to the payout, Priscilla will be paid $100,000 per year in monthly installments for her role as special advisor of the promenade trust related to its shareholder interest in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

The payments are guaranteed for 10 years or until Priscilla’s death, per the documents.

The documents also confirm that Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, whom she shares with her producer ex Marco Garibaldi, will be a beneficiary of Lisa Marie’s trust.

After Lisa Marie’s shocking death this year, Priscilla took Riley Keough, her granddaughter, to court over Lisa Marie’s will after she was replaced by Keough as the sole manager of the Presley estate.

Page Six confirmed Lisa Marie died on Jan. 12 at the age of 54 after suffering cardiac arrest from complications related to a small bowel obstruction.

Shortly after, Priscilla contested “the authenticity and validity” of her daughter’s will upon learning she was removed as a manager of Elvis’ estate and replaced with 34-year-old Riley without her knowledge.

In August, the “Daisy Jones & the Six” star admitted she and her grandmother’s relationship had been tested over the legal battle, but never broken.

In addition to being buried at Graceland, Priscilla will make $100,000 per year from the estate for her advisory role.

“When my mom passed, there was a lot of chaos in every aspect of our lives. Everything felt like the carpet had been ripped out and the floor had melted from under us,” she told Vanity Fair.

“Everyone was in a bit of a panic to understand how we move forward, and it just took a minute to understand the details of the situation, because it’s complicated.”

“We are a family, but there’s also a huge business side of our family. So I think that there was clarity that needed to be had.”

Priscilla revealed to The Post columnist Piers Morgan this week that Lisa Marie experienced stomach pains before her death.
“She didn’t really look that OK — she looked very frail,” she recalled.

Priscilla got emotional as she opened up about her daughter’s death this week with The Post columnist Piers Morgan and revealed she had experienced sharp stomach pains at the 2023 Golden Globes, where Austin Butler took home the trophy for Best Actor for his portrayal of Elvis.

“She didn’t really look that OK — she looked very frail,” Priscilla recalled of the “Shine” singer.

She revealed Lisa Marie even canceled their plans that night due to her stomach pain.

“Then I hugged her [goodbye], and she went her way, and I went mine, and that hug was the last hug I gave her,” she recalled.
