Rachel Zegler channels Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss Everdeen in fiery dress at ‘Hunger Games’ premiere

She’s a girl on fire.

Rachel Zegler gave a sartorial shout out to the OG “Hunger Games” heroine, Katniss Everdeen, as she walked the red carpet at the premiere of “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” in Berlin on Sunday.

The “West Side Story” actress, 22, who plays Hunger Games contestant Lucy Gray Baird in the franchise’s prequel, wowed in a black Alexander McQueen dress with a fiery red skirt from the designer’s fall/winter 2022 collection that recalled Jennifer Lawrence’s iconic character.

The strapless gown featured flame-like scallops at the neckline and finishes off in a mermaid silhouette with painted red flames dancing up the skirt.

Zegler’s look was a fitting tribute to Lawrence’s Everdeen, who memorably wears a wedding gown that sets alight as she spins in “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.”

The “Shazam! Fury of the Gods” star — who received a waiver from SAG-AFTRA to attend Sunday’s premiere — wore her hair in elegant waves for the premiere, sported a bright red lip to match her gown.

She kept her accessories simple, wearing glittering diamond hoop earrings with her eye-catching gown.

The young star, who broke out on the Hollywood scene with her role as Maria in “West Side Story,” wore another bold black look at the 2022 Academy Awards, rocking a sheer dress on the red carpet after originally being snubbed for an invite.

Zegler will channel another famous character in days to come when the much-anticipated live-action remake of Disney’s “Snow White” is released.

The actress, who stars as the classic Disney princess in the film, told People, “We did a really deep dive into fixing and making a modern woman out of Snow White.”

Perhaps she’ll sport the princess’ iconic blue, yellow and red hues on the red carpet.
