The second coming of “Jesus Jugs” might be upon us.
“Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Alexis Bellino has received a “formal offer” to rejoin the series for Season 18 but has yet to accept it, multiple sources exclusively tell Page Six.
Notably, she’s been asked back to the reality show as her relationship with John Janssen — the ex-boyfriend of “RHOC” veteran Shannon Beador — heats up.
“Her relationship with John is certainly interesting,” one insider tells us, “but it’s not the only reason producers want Alexis back. She’s a dynamic personality who has history with a good portion of the cast.”
Another source emphasizes, “Nothing has been signed yet.”
Page Six has reached out to reps for Bellino and Bravo for comment.
Bellino, 47, is particularly close with orange holders Heather Dubrow, Emily Simpson and Tamra Judge, the latter of whom she reconnected and made up with in November at BravoCon 2023 following years of contention.
Weeks later, Bellino — who starred on “RHOC” in Seasons 5 through 8 from 2009 until 2013 — told Page Six that she’d be down to reprise her “Housewife” status.
“I’ll never say never,” she said at one of Kathy Hilton’s several Christmas parties in Los Angeles, admitting that her presence would inevitably “start a little drama” with Beador given her new connection with Janssen, 60.
However, Bellino noted that she doesn’t “really care” what her adversary thinks of the relationship.

“Here’s the truth,” she said, “I have never met Shannon, I have never worked with Shannon. I wish her nothing but the best in life.”
Meanwhile, Simpson, 47, told us at the same event that she is looking forward to any future fireworks ignited by a Bellino-Beador crossover.
“I want to see that! That is good TV,” she said. “I’m sorry, but bring Alexis back and let Shannon spiral out of control.”
Before Bellino met Janssen, Beador made it no secret that she held disdain for the single mom of three.
“Other than one incident in which I witnessed her shouting obscenities at me from across a restaurant, immediately prior to her very unfortunate arrest, Shannon Beador and I have never worked together or interacted,” Bellino previously told Page Six, referring to the hours leading up to Beador’s headline-making DUI in September 2023.
Two months later, a photo of Bellino and Janssen seated together in a booth at The Quiet Woman — a favorite haunt of Beador’s in Newport Beach, Calif. — set the Bravo fandom on fire, prompting many to wonder if the two were pursuing each other romantically.
By December, the pair confirmed they were an item by packing on the PDA during an oceanside holiday celebration with friends. Subsequently, Bellino revealed via Instagram that Janssen gifted her a promise ring for Christmas — while also dropping the L-word.
“Words cannot. Actions do. I will no longer feel guilty. I will not apologize. Love will create it’s [sic] own story. I love you Johnny J. 🎄♥️#lovewins #notengaged #promised #merrychristmas,” she captioned a close-up shot of the new bling on her right ring finger.
Additionally, Bellino — who called things off with ex-fiancé Andrew “Drew” Bohn in August 2023 — uploaded a couple of cozy photos with the businessman, writing alongside them, “Johnny J, let everyone talk. But you have shown me love that I’ve never known. I love you ❤️ #thisisourchristmascard #merrychristmas.”
As for Beador, she has said that she was “hurt” and “confused” by the unexpected romance and confessed she did not “know how to process” the news.
Bravo has yet to announce a cast or premiere date for “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”
