‘RHOSLC’ star Monica Garcia wins full custody, $6K a month in support as she finalizes divorce

Monica Garcia is no longer married.

The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star finalized her divorce from her ex-husband, Mike Garcia, on Oct. 24, the US Sun reported Thursday.

Not only was Monica awarded sole legal and physical custody of daughters Bri, 18, Jaidyn, 13, West, 7, and Kendall, 6, but Mike has been ordered to pay his ex-wife $2,636 a month in child support and $4,000 a month in alimony, according to the outlet.

Monica was also given “exclusive use and possession of” the former couple’s Utah home — but she must give Mike $130,000 for his share of the property’s equity.

Although Mike reportedly lives “in another state across the country,” he will spend Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day with their brood.

The reality star’s divorce from husband Mike was finalized last month.

The duo tied the knot in 2009, with Monica initially filing for divorce four years later. Although the duo reconciled, the reality star filed for divorce a second time in June.

Monica, 40, alleged in October that the split was not “because of [her] affair” with her brother-in-law, instead telling E! News that she and Mike simply weren’t “good together.”

She called her ex a “great co-parent” and a “wonderful dad and provider” at the time.

The former couple, who wed in 2009, briefly split in 2013 before reuniting.

“He calls and checks on me,” the children’s boutique owner added. “I am the mother of his children, and we’ll always love and respect each other because of that.”

Over the weekend, Monica revealed to People that their divorce had been finalized.

The Brea Baby founder was at BravoCon 2023 at the time, telling the outlet that the three-dayevent was a great way to “celebrate” the end of her marriage.

Monica has made headlines for more than her love life in recent months, recently countersuing co-star Heather Gay after not paying for allegedly “botched” injections on her nose and lips.

Gay, 49, clapped back at Monica on Thursday, calling her “desperate” and “unable to pay her bills” via Instagram Stories.

The cast members’ feud has yet to play out on “RHOSLC,” which Monica joined for Season 4 earlier this year.
