Sami Sheen announced she is getting a boob job, but she has to make a major change in her lifestyle first — quit vaping.
The daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards shared on TikTok Monday that she has been addicted to nicotine for five years and has to kick the habit for at least a month before the surgery.
“I’m already getting anxiety, OK? I have not gone a single day in the past five years without this motherf–ker,” she told the camera.
“I think me getting my boobs done is honestly going to save my life, because it’s forcing me to quit this. So, at least we have that.”
Sami, 19, admitted she has tried to quit in the past but failed “multiple times” because she realize she did not actually want to give it up despite the health risks.
“It’s really f–king hard. I ordered this book called ‘How to Quit Vaping’ by Allen Carr. Have I started reading it? No, because I don’t want to quit,” she shared.
“Realistically, I do want to quit because I know I’m going to be so much healthier and live longer because of it, but I just don’t want to deal with it. I’ve just been putting it off.”
The budding model said she even “debated postponing” the surgery because she is “too scared to f–king quit nicotine.”
Sami asked her followers to provide any suggestions for how to wean off with the “least amount of withdrawal symptoms.”

“I’m so scared, and I don’t know how I’m going to live without this thing. It’s really sad. My whole life revolves around it,” she shared.
“I’ve depended on it for so long. My peak growing stages in life have been dependent on nicotine, which is really f–king bad.”
Sami announced in June that she was a sex worker on OnlyFans but said she would censor her nipples until she went for a breast augmentation.
“I still show pretty much everything. I just want to wait until the girls are done, so I’m fully confident in everything I’m showing, but I still show a lot on there,” she said.
Following an outpouring of shock, Sami clarified that she does not have sex on camera and is not a porn star.
“The only reason I said I’m a [sex] worker is because my main source of income is from my [OnlyFans],” she explained on TikTok.
“And if people did their f—ing research, they would realize that there’s multiple forms of [sex] work.”
