Sami Sheen is showing off what she’s got.
The 19-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards celebrated her first anniversary with her boyfriend by posting a series of throwback photos from their Hawaiian vacation this summer.
In both Instagram photos, the OnlyFans content creator highlighted her perky derriére, which was dressed in a multi-colored thong bikini.
In the first pic, the couple stood in the water and gazed at the sunset, while the second photo showed them passionately kissing.
“cheers to 1 year of being in love with my best friend 🥂❤️👩🏼❤️💋👨🏼,” she wrote in the tribute to her boyfriend, Valzar Liev.
Sami’s post comes less than two weeks after she revealed she went under the knife for a breast augmentation, which she has openly spoken about wanting for quite some time.
“I was 10 years old and like, ‘I can’t wait to have big boobs like my mom,’” she told Bustle in October.
“All my friends were getting boobs, and I was just like, ‘OK, when’s it my turn?’ I would always stuff my bra with socks and stuff.”
However, her concerned mother admitted she was trying to stop her from getting the life-changing surgery.
“I’m trying to talk her out of it because, and the reason why I’m getting them out is I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19,” Richards, 52, told the outlet.
“And it’s not an easy surgery. It’s painful!”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum has been supportive of her daughter’s aspirations in general, though, including when she joined OnlyFans in 2022.
“Sami is 18 … All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices,” she told Page Six at the time.

She also commented under her daughter’s OnlyFans announcement post, writing, “Sami, I will always support you and always have your back. I love you.”
Richards’ unwavering support even changed Charlie’s mind, who originally denounced and blamed his ex-wife for their daughter’s career move.
Talking to Bustle as well, he reflected on his “knee-jerk reaction” and change of heart regarding Sami’s announcement.
“She’s doing this and it can only be a much more successful and pleasant experience with the support of myself, her mom, and others,” he reasoned.
“I have to have confidence and just know in my heart that all of her virtues and all the wonderfulness that makes her, her, come with her.”
