Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging, raping woman in new lawsuit after Cassie settlement

A woman has filed a new lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, nearly a week after his settlement with ex-girlfriend Cassie.

According the complaint, filed Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court and obtained by the Daily Beast, a woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal claims the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper raped and drugged her in 1991.

The lawsuit alleges that Dickerson, who was a college student at Syracuse University at the time, “reluctantly agreed to an early dinner with” with Combs.

“During their date, Combs had intentionally drugged [her], resulting in her being in a physical state where she could not independently stand or walk,” the lawsuit states.

“Driving first to a music studio where she could not get out of the car, Combs proceeded to a place he was staying to sexually assault her.”

While Dickerson did not go to police following the alleged incident event, she claims she was later approached by DeVante Swing — a member of the R&B group Jodeci — who allegedly told her that Combs had been sharing a “sex tape” of the two of them.

The new complaint comes nearly week after Combs settled a similar lawsuit with ex-girlfriend Cassie.

However, Swing allegedly wouldn’t seek justice for Dickerson due to fear of losing his record deal with Combs.

The filing further claims that Dickerson dropped out of college and was admitted to a hospital for suicidal ideation.

In response to the allegations, a spokesperson for Combs released a statement to Page Six Thursday.

“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible,” the spokesperson said.

“Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”

It notably expires on Friday.

Combs, 54, just recently settled a similar lawsuit with ex-girlfriend Cassie.

As previously reported, the “Me & U” singer accused her ex of rape and years of physical and mental abuse on Nov. 16.

Cassie, born Cassandra Ventura, claimed the rapper “was prone to uncontrollable rage, and
frequently beat [her] savagely” during their decade-long relationship.

Cassie previously accused the rapper of rape and physical and mental abuse during their decade-long relationship.

However, Combs and Cassie, 37, settled the lawsuit 24 hours after she filed.

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” the mother of two shared in a statement.

Combs also released a statement, writing, “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”
