Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs seen talking on the phone while holding a beer outside his Miami home following son’s sexual assault lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs was seen jumping on a call Friday, shortly after the news broke that his son Christian “King” Combs had been sued for sexual assault.

The “Bad Boy for Life” was photographed with an orange towel wrapped around him as he casually paced outside of his Miami mansion during the conversation.

Combs, 54, had a neutral expression on his face, so the nature of the chat is unclear, but he appeared to take off some of the edge by drinking a beer.

Over the past week, the “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” rapper has been taking his legal issues in stride.

He’s been seen smoking and drinking at his South Florida house, and going for a bike ride around town.

However, this time, it is his child that is under fire, as well.

On Thursday, a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh sued the “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” rapper, 26, claiming he groped her numerous times while on a yacht party that Diddy threw back back in 2002.

She was working as a steward at the time and alleged an “intoxicated” King also pressured her to drink.

“Like father, like son,” her attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, said in a statement after filing the suit.

However, lawyer Aaron Dyer, who represents both King and Diddy, slammed Blackburn for his alleged “pattern” in “Improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention.”

“We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim,” the attorney concluded.

Aside from chatting on a call, Diddy also took time Friday afternoon to do a little trolling on social media.

The Grammy winner posted on Instagram a clip from his 1997 music video for “Victory,” which shows him running from the cops. He cheekily captioned the post, “Bad Boy For Life ✊🏿.”

Just last week, Diddy’s homes in Miami and LA were raided by Homeland Security in connection to a possible sex-trafficking investigation.

His sons Justin, 30, and Christian, 26, were detained during the search at the West Coast property.

It’s unclear what the feds found and the probe is ongoing. Dyer previously called the raids a “witch hunt.”
