A Milk Bar birthday cake
Milk Bar

Whether you’re celebrating with friends or entering your “Lover” era, Taylor Swift-approved Milk Bar is currently accepting orders for Valentine’s Day delivery. The “Lavender Haze” singer blew out the candles on the brand’s classic cake at her star-studded 34th birthday party in December 2023.

It wasn’t her first time trying the New York-based confectionary, as she received one of its famous birthday cakes from Karlie Kloss (who used to sell her Karlie’s Kookies at Milk Bar) in 2016.

It clearly made a memorable impression; when Vogue once asked Swift about the best birthday cake she’d ever had, she replied, “It was from Milk Bar. It was for my 25th birthday, and it was so good that even Jay-Z raved about it.”

A box of Cravory cookies
Cravory

Craving cookies? Go beyond basics with this colorful set from Oprah’s 2022 “Favorite Things” list.

“Not just your average chocolate chip cookies (though they have those, too!), this San Diego–based business offers fun flavors,” she wrote on the roundup, adding that the Best Seller’s Mix ($40) of 18 cookies is “baked to order and so soft, ensuring that the lucky recipient gets the freshest possible treats.”

A box of Laudrée macaroons

Goldbelly is a gold mine of sweet delivery options, including plenty of Valentine’s Day-themed sets.

Not sure where to start? Eva Mendes told us she loves Ladurée macarons, while Selena Gomez has been spotted at NYC institution Junior’s, known for its famous cheesecake.

A set of cupcakes from Baked by Melissa
Baked by Melissa

Baked by Melissa’s bite-sized cupcakes prove that good things come in small packages. Founder Melissa Ben-Ishay’s confections — and her recipes, featured in new cookbook “Come Hungry” ($35) — have scored famous fans over the years. They bakery’s also executed custom orders for stars like Remi Bader, who had an array of its cupcakes at her birthday bash in 2023.

A gift box of belgian waffles
Eastern Standard Provisions

If you’re still waffling back and forth on what to get, Oprah’s also raved over this brand’s Gourmet Liège Belgian Waffle Gift Box ($69).

“Belgian waffles are a crowd-pleaser,” she wrote of the decadent surprise on her “Favorite Things” list in 2021.

A stack of Valentine's Day cookies
Last Crumb

Don’t wait until the last second to grab a gift from Last Crumb. This LA-based cookie box company has found fans in stars like Chrissy Teigen — meaning its exclusive offerings often rack up waitlists and fly off the shelves shortly after they drop.

A pack of Tony's chocolate bars
Amazon

Drew Barrymore called Toney’s Chocolonely “one of [her] favorite chocolate companies on the planet” while selecting its chocolate bars for the “Drew’s Yellow Book” segment of her eponymous talk show in 2022. Jennifer Garner’s also a fan, as she pulled one of its bars out of her backpack in a 2023 Instagram video.

With Valentine’s Day on the way, the label offers gift-ready options including a brightly colored Variety Pack ($13 for six bars).

A four-pack of Smart Sweets gummies

Looking for a Kourtney Kardashian-approved gummy that’s not a vitamin? After she and Kim Kardashian disagreed over whether to serve traditional or healthier candy options at Penelope and North’s Candy Land-themed birthday party, the star’s Poosh site published a post about her top treat picks.

This candy brand, which is billed as having no added sugar or artificial sweeteners, made the list. Offerings on Amazon include Sweet Fish ($32 for 12), Red Twists Licorice ($35 for 12) and Sourmelon Bites ($35).

A stack of four cookies
Levain Bakery

The key to Blake Lively’s heart just might be these famous cookies. The “Gossip Girl” star once tweeted that her husband, Ryan Reynolds, gifted her some following his 2016 appearance on “Conan,” earning him “literal brownie points.”

“The ways I know that @vancityreynolds got himself into huge trouble on @teamcoco tonight: Not only did he come home with my true love, @levain_bakery cookies, but he personally toasted them for me and brought me a cup of milk WITH ICE,” she wrote at the time, per Yahoo.

The cookie store currently offers seven sweet flavors — and delivery for those who live near a location.

A colorful checkerboard cake
Flour Shop

The Kardashian-Jenner moms regularly make their celebrations sweet with themed treats. At her daughter True Thompson’s 5th birthday party in April 2023, Khloé Kardashian shared a snap of a pastel-hude array of Flour Shop confections, writing, “My mouth is watering looking at all of this.”

A gummy bear candy box
Dylan’s Candy Bar

Founded by Dylan Lauren (daughter of iconic fashion designer Ralph), Dylan’s Candy Bar has satisfied plenty a celebrity sweet tooth over the years. At the brand’s New York location, the confectionary even highlights which candies certain celebrities love most.

And whether you’re after a chocolate bouquet or one of the brand’s signature “tackle boxes” featuring a variety of sweets, there’s plenty of ways to find your own favorite this Valentine’s Day.

A heart-shaped box of Ferrero Rocher
Ferrero Rocher

Treat your Valentine like royalty with chocolates loved by “Princess Switch” star Vanessa Hudgens. The actress told Page Six Style in December 2022 that she loves receiving Ferrero Rocher or Hershey’s Kisses as gifts, calling the candy “so good.”

In addition to this Valentine’s Day Set ($10) of assorted heart-shaped sweets, the gold-wrapped truffles are also included in the Magnificent Roses Preserved With Ferrero Rocher Set ($150) from 1-800 Flowers, which also sells a range of festive food baskets and blooms.

Rainbow cookies
Zola Bakes

If cookies with a warm beverage are more your cup of tea, consider these Oprah-approved bars that ship nationwide.

“Twenty miniature almond cakes, layered with a chocolate hazelnut spread and topped with a dark chocolate drip — just right with a cup of tea,” Winfrey wrote of Zola Bakes’ rainbow bars on her 2023 “Favorite Things” list.

A pack of mini Twix bars
Target

If you’re looking for a more classic candy option, take a page out of Kendall Jenner’s book with a Twix bar. The star once shared food favorites on her now-defunct app, per Who What Wear’s The/Thirty, writing that the candy bars will “forever and always make [her] list.”

But you won’t likely see her buying Hershey’s chocolate for Kris come Mother’s Day; when Khloé Kardashian called the treats “pretty epic” on a 2019 “Keeping Up” episode, Jenner maintained she’d never tried them.
