Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello are officially divorced.
Six months after the pair announced their separation in a statement to Page Six, they settled their divorce amicably and in accordance with their prenup, TMZ reported Friday.
Their prenup reportedly allowed each party to keep the assets they accumulated individually during the duration of their seven-year union.
Court documents obtained by the outlet revealed the pair waived spousal support.
There was no child support involved in their case, as they never had kids — which is the reason the pair decided to separate.
“My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids, and I didn’t want to be an old mom,” the “Modern Family” alum, 51, told El País last month, supporting Page Six’s earlier report that growing their family was a point of contention in their marriage.
“I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother, not a mother,” she added.
Vergara hasn’t given up on love. In fact, she revealed her one rule when it comes to finding a partner again during her January appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
“They can’t be younger than 50. I’m 51,” she explained.
However, she said she would stretch the rule to date a 49-year-old.
Both Vergara and Manganiello, 37, have seemingly moved on following their split.
The Emmy-nominated actress has been spending time with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman. They were first linked in October 2023.
Meanwhile, the “True Blood” actor was spotted publicly with television reporter Caitlin O’Connor beginning in September 2023.

They made their red carpet debut in December 2023 at the Children of Armenia Fund Gala at Cipriani in New York City.
Vergara was previously married to Joe Gonzalez, with whom she shares her 31-year-old son, Manolo.
She was engaged to businessman Nick Loeb until early 2014.
Manganiello asked for her hand in marriage on Christmas Day of that year, months after they were introduced at the White House Correspondents Dinner.
