Steve Harvey shares friendly hug with daughter Lori’s ex Michael B. Jordan over a year after their split

There are apparently no hard feelings between Steve Harvey and Michael B. Jordan following the actor’s split from the comedian’s daughter Lori Harvey.

The “Black Panther” star and the “Family Feud” host were caught sharing a warm embrace at the NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2023 on Thursday.

Jordan was all smiles in a video posted to Twitter as he gave Steve a handshake and then went in for a bear hug.

The duo held on to each other for several seconds and exchanged a few words before letting go.

Their friendly encounter comes more than a year after the “Creed” actor’s breakup from Lori in June 2022.

Jordan, 36, and the model, 26, had been dating since the fall of 2020 prior to calling it quits.

A few days later, Steve, 66, confirmed his daughter’s breakup during his morning radio show, saying that the relationship ended amicably.

“Look, as long as everyone can walk away in peace, be friends … I ain’t heard nobody say they busted no windows or nothing,” he said at the time.

However, the TV personality noted that he was “team Lori,” adding, “She’s my daughter. I love her. I support her.”

As for Jordan, he revealed he was single and ready to mingle while hosting “Saturday Night Live” in January after directing and starring in “Creed III.”

“I went through my very first public breakup,” he said in his opening monologue.

“Most people after a breakup are like, ‘I’m going to get in better shape.’ But I was already in ‘Creed’ shape. So I had to be like, ‘All right, I guess I’ll learn a new language.’”

The actor then joked, “Anyway, estoy en Raya,” referring to the popular dating app.

Jordan has seemingly remained single, while the model has moved on with British actor Damson Idris.

While Jordan hasn’t dated anyone publicly since Lori, the SKN by LH founder has moved on with Damson Idris.

The pair were first romantically linked in January when the British actor, 32, posted an Instagram Story photo of himself kissing Lori on the cheek.

A month later, they made their red carpet debut for the Season 6 premiere of his TV series “Snowfall.”
