This mama bear isn’t having it.
Teresa Giudice and her daughters Gia, 22, Milania, 17, and Audriana, 14, landed in hot water this week after announcing their collaboration with controversial fast fashion retailer Shein.
But a rep for the family told TMZ Thursday that they did their “due diligence” before signing a deal with the brand, which has been accused of abusive labor practices and copying the work of independent designers.
“We acknowledge the concerns expressed about our partnership and met with the Shein team prior to working together,” the representative told the outlet.
“We 100% believe in ethical practices in all capacities and in doing our due diligence have not seen any substantive evidence definitively showing unethical practices.”
Although the launch of the Giudice Girls x Shein collection was met with backlash from many fans, the Giudices’ rep said they also received plenty of “overwhelmingly positive and uplifting” messages about their line, which was “made to amplify the voices and creativity of young women.”
After the Giudices shared the partnership news on Instagram earlier this week, their followers flooded the comments section with criticism.
“Cheap, tacky clothes, made off the slave labor industry. Seems EXACTLY like the type of business youd associate with. Very on brand,” one wrote.
“Ugh Shein has a horrible horrible history of labor abuses. Terrible,” another added.

Other fans supported the family’s latest business move — like one who wrote, “I’m so exited [sic] for yall! I wish they had a tshirt with the SHIEN x Guidice Girls on it! 😢.”
“Love love love this!!!” another fan wrote. “Getting everything from this collection! Love the giudice girls and Tre! New generations Italian version of the kardashians! Go girls! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.”
No matter what the haters say, it seems Teresa will always stand her ground.
