Tiffany Haddish vows to ‘get help’ after second DUI arrest in 2 years: ‘This will never happen again’

Tiffany Haddish promised to “get help” after her second DUI arrest in two years.

“I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries,” the “Girls Trip” star told “Entertainment Tonight” over the weekend.

“This will never happen again,” she vowed without giving further details on how exactly she would prevent the situation from repeating itself.

Early Friday morning, authorities found Haddish, 43, “asleep behind the wheel” with her car “stopped in lanes of traffic.”

It is unclear who placed the call to the police and whether it was one of the other drivers on the road.

A watch commander for the Beverly Hills Police Department noted, however, that there were “no traffic collisions.”

Police conducted their traffic stop of the “Night School” star’s vehicle as she was pulling into the yard of a residence, according to the department.

She was released later that afternoon. AP

At the time, Haddish was believed to have been under the influence of marijuana, per TMZ.

Later on that month, she made a similar joke about her arrest during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

“I’ve been praying to God to send me a new man. A good man,” she said, adding he sent her “four … in uniform.”
