Mama Knowles won’t let others break her daughter’s soul.
Tina Knowles is fuming after people accused her daughter Beyoncé of “bleaching her skin” or trying to present herself as a white woman by wearing platinum blond locks to the premiere of her “Renaissance” tour film.
The matriarch, 69, posted a montage video on Instagram Tuesday of some of the backlash the music superstar, 42, received, which included comments like “she’s white now?,” “she whitens her skin!” and “she lied on her origins.”
The clip then showed videos of Beyoncé over the years with her skin tone appearing in different shades as her track “Brown Skin Girl” played over it.
The video concluded with a poignant message that read, “Beyoncé is a brown skin girl sometimes more or less light. A brown skin girl it’s [sic] more than a skin color. It’s a culture, a pride, a strength.”
Knowles wrote in her caption, “Came across this today and decided to post it after seeing all of the stupid ignorant self, hating racist statements about her, lightening her skin, and wearing platinum hair wanting to be white.
“She does a film, called the renaissance, where the whole theme is silver with silver hair, a silver carpet, and suggested silver attire and you bozos decide that she’s trying to be a white woman and is bleaching her skin? .. How sad is it that some of her own people continue the stupid narrative with hate and jealousy.”
The fashion designer explained that then slammed an unnamed TMZ reporter, who is white, for reaching out to Beyoncé’s hairstylist Neal Farinah for comment on whether the “Cuff It” singer “wants to be white.”
“Well that made, my blood boil , that this white woman felt so entitled to discuss her blackness,” Knowles said.

The mother of two, however, noted that she was most disappointed in black people who were also pushing the same narrative by “acting so ignorant,” noting that even Etta James wore platinum blond hair.
“I just went and looked at all the beautiful talented black celebrities who have worn platinum hair and it has been just about everyone of them at one time or another,” she added. “Are they all trying to be white?”
Knowles said she is “sick and tired” of people “attacking” Beyoncé when she accomplishes a new feat that showcases her “work ethic, talent and resilience” such as her new movie.
“Here you sad little haters come out the woodwork,” the House of Deréon founder added. “Jealousy and racism , sexism , double standards , you perpetuate those things.”
She concluded, “I am sick of you losers. I know that she is going to be pissed at me for doing this, but I am fed up ! This girl minds her own business. She helps people whenever she can. She lifts up & promotes black women and underdogs at all times.”
Beyoncé has not issued her own statement on the online chatter or her mother’s remarks. Page Six has reached out to her rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
However, several people praised Knowles for speaking up in defense of the 32-time Grammy winner.
Keke Palmer commented, “I love you so much Ms. Tina! She deserves to be protected in this way!” and Jessie J added, “A mother standing up for her daughter 🫀🪄 Well said! 🤍”
