Tom Sandoval was spotted cozying up to a mystery brunette at The Honky Tonk Bar in St. Charles, Mo., Friday evening.
In photos obtained by TMZ, the Most Extras frontman arrived at the bar for some solo fun during the holidays before he was immediately recognized by a few women, who flocked to his side.
After taking a few selfies with them, one woman caught his attention as she lingered nearby and even cozied up to the “Vanderpump Rules” star.
Per the outlet, the 41-year-old and the woman spent quite a bit of time at each other’s sides before leaving together later that evening.
Reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The Bravolebrity’s Friday night outing with the mystery woman comes after the Bravolebrity and his best friend, Tom Schwartz, issued an ironic anti-cheating PSA on Sandoval’s “Everbody Loves Tom” podcast.
“You should give a PSA right now. If you’re unhappy in your relationship [or] if you feel lost or have experienced feelings for a coworker and it’s starting to escalate, don’t do it,” Schwartz said.
As for Sandoval, who became reality TV’s enemy No. 1 earlier this year for his bombshell cheating scandal, he blamed his insecurities as the reason behind his infidelities.

“I felt like. ‘Oh, my gosh, I can’t lose this other person because I’ll never get this.’”
Sandoval added, “I had such an insecurity with myself that I felt if I let this go, it will never happen again. You can [find that again].”
“And banking on that is a much safer bet than staying and doing and living in that.”
The reality star was in a serious relationship with castmate Ariana Madix for nearly 10 years before she discovered explicit text messages on his phone from her former bestie, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
The highly publicized cheating scandal led to both Sandoval and Madix landing TV deals, such as the “Masked Singer” and “Dancing With the Stars,” respectively.
While Madix has moved on with her long-distance boyfriend Daniel Wai, Sandoval has recently been spotted out with a handful of different mystery women.
