Tom Schwartz jokes ‘masochist’ Tom Sandoval is ‘aroused’ by BravoCon fans’ hate

Tom Schwartz joked that Tom Sandoval thoroughly enjoyed all of the backlash he got from “Vanderpump Rules” fans after his cheating scandal came to light.

“Don’t let him fool you. He’s masochistic. He’s very aroused right now,” Schwartz, 41, exclusively joked to Page Six Friday at BravoCon 2023 in Las Vegas.

As for Sandoval, the Most Extras frontman told us that he’s just “glad that it’s done.”

“I knew [facing the fans here] was going to be a hard one. And I know, like, obviously when you have a lot of people together, it becomes kind of like a… like, almost like a sporting event.”

Sandoval’s name became a hot topic in March when the reality star’s long-term ex Ariana Madix discovered an X-rated video on Sandoval’s phone from former bestie and co-star Raquel Leviss.

It was later discovered that the two had been pursuing a tryst behind Madix’s back for “months.”

Plenty of drama has unfurled in the months following the cheating scandal, and Sandoval, 40, received plenty of backlash from their sneaky romance.

Troves of “VPR” fans took to social media, and to Sandoval’s concerts, to let the Bravolebrity know they were “team Ariana.”

Leviss, 29, later made the decision to take a step back from reality TV. She was not present at BravoCon, but Sandoval was and he was met with a familiar distaste upon his arrival at the convention.

Schwartz quipped that the Most Extras front man is “masochistic” and “aroused” by the negative attention.

Fans of “VPR” booed Sandoval when he joined his castmates on stage for a panel Friday evening, which the reality star previously said was something he was “nervous” about.

“If [Madix] comes out, it’s like, ‘Yay,’ [or] whatever. Then I come out and people are going to want to show their, like, loyalty to Team Ariana or whatever, and I’m a little nervous about that,” Sandoval said in a conversation with Schwartz on Thursday’s podcast episode of “Everybody Loves Tom.”

“I have a feeling there could possibly be some people that … feel they need to confront me.”

Despite being “nervous” about fan reactions at BravoCon, Sandoval managed to end up shirtless and in the throws of a push-up contest during his “VPR” panel Friday.

Despite being met with a sea of boos, Sandoval managed to end up in a shirtless push-up contest with co-star James Kennedy during the panel.

The musician’s removal of his top was met with a strong reaction from Madix, 38, who looked visibly uncomfortable during the strange show of strength.

“Jump scare…I needed a trigger warning,” Madix said before averting her gaze away from the men during the duration of their push-ups.

BravoCon 2023 is taking place in Las Vegas between Nov. 3 and Nov. 5.
