Tori Spelling is taking some time to reflect after splitting from Dean McDermott and moving on with look-alike Ryan Cramer.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star posted a selfie on Instagram Wednesday wearing minimal makeup in a forest while showing off her bicep tattoo that reads, “Tout mon coeur, tout ma vie,” which translates to, “My whole heart, my whole life.”
“I believe in always looking forward and keeping your eye on the prize… But, this morning I took a pause for self reflection. It’s important to look back once in awhile and remind yourself how far you’ve come and what a badass you truly are. #strength #liveinthemoment 🙋🏼♀️,” she captioned the post.
After a fan commented that Spelling has “been thru so much” while remaining an “inspiration” and “sunshine,” the actress replied, “if you go thru life with sunshine in your heart you will always shine brightly ✨.”
Spelling, 50, received hundreds of other positive comments from followers who commended her “inspiring” message.
“Keep spreading love! You have such a powerful light, the world needs more of the goodness that you radiate! ❤️,” one Instagram user gushed.
“You inspire me so much. Your strength, determination and priority to be a wonderful mother is so endearing. Don’t let anyone or anything ever shake you. Sending all my love to you!❤️❤️❤️,” another wrote.
“You’re a fearless warrior. You’ve overcome so much adversity. Keep slaying it Tori!! I’m here for every moment of it!! ❤️,” a third fan commented.
“You really have had alot of struggles in your live,but always remain so positive. Do [sic] ever let that light go out. Your kids should be so proud of you,” another added.
“You are a smart, creative, kind, gorgeous badass! ❤️❤️❤️,” one more follower chimed in.
Spelling shared the message two days after McDermott, 56, was photographed packing on the PDA with his rumored girlfriend, Lily Calo.
The former “Chopped Canada” host and Calo first sparked romance rumors when they were spotted holding hands on their way into the Department of Social Services in Los Angeles on Oct. 10.
McDermott and his new flame were later photographed kissing each other goodbye as he dropped her off at an airport a little over a week later.
Meanwhile, Spelling has also moved on.
She was seen making out and holding hands with Cramer after a dinner together last week.

McDermott announced in June that he and Spelling were separating after 17 years of marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
Spelling reportedly has since been “struggling monetarily” and moved into a $100-per-night motel with their five children before eventually staying in an RV.
More recently, she was photographed touring homes in Los Angeles after moving into and out of an $18,000-per-month rental.
