Tori Spelling spotted with bruises as she leaves hospital

Tori Spelling has been released from the hospital after a mysterious four-day stay.

The actress, 50, was seen getting discharged from a Los Angeles emergency room Sunday after having been admitted last Thursday.

In photos and a video obtained Monday by Page Six, a casually dressed Spelling could be seen with bruising on her face and both arms, as she was escorted to a black SUV via a wheelchair.

She appeared distraught and unsteady, as she needed assistance getting up from the wheelchair.

Before being ushered into the backseat of the vehicle, she hugged one of the masked women, believed to be a nurse, who was with her.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum revealed she was in the hospital just hours before leaving, taking to her Instagram Story Sunday afternoon to post a photo of her patient wristband, which showed she was admitted on Aug. 17.

“4th day here and I’m missing my kiddos so much,” she wrote atop the snap.

“Grateful and so proud of my strong, brave, resilient and kind to the core children who remain positive no matter what comes are way.”

The mother of five did not disclose any details about her illness or condition, and her reps have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Spelling’s hospitalization came just one day after she was photographed looking healthy and polished on the set of a new project in Beverly Hills.

However, since early this month, she’s been staying in an RV with her kids — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6 — whom she shares with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott.

Prior to that, Spelling and her brood spent weeks living in a $100-a-night motel.

The TV star revealed in May that her LA rental home was infested with “extreme” mold, which caused the family a “continual spiral of sickness.”

Spelling’s health and living concerns follow McDermott’s June announcement that they are divorcing after almost two decades of marriage.

“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” the actor, 56, wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.

“We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time.”
