Travis Kelce, Brittany Mahomes beam in new photo from private dinner after Kansas City shooting

Travis Kelce and Brittany Mahomes appeared not to have a care in the world during a private dinner following the deadly shooting that occurred during the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade.

A new photo taken from the intimate party shows the tight end beaming as he raises his arms in celebration while Patrick Mahomes’ wife sits in front of him grinning from ear to ear.

Additionally, Kelce’s fellow teammates Creed Humphrey, Matt Bushman and Tommy Townsend could all be seen smiling as they posed for the group photo.

Patrick, however, was not featured in the photo and is presumed to be the one snapping the controversial image.

A rep for Kelce didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Kelce, 34, and his teammates have come under fire for their behavior following the shooting that left one woman dead and more than 20 injured.

Exclusive video obtained by Page Six showed Kelce, who had drunkenly belted out a Super Bowl-inspired song during the parade, being whisked away by police in an unmarked car to flee the scene — only to end up taking selfies with cops before making his way inside the restaurant where the private dinner took place.

Hours before the optics of Kelce and the other Chiefs teammates’ decisions would change, they expressed their heartbreak over what had happened during what was meant to be a celebratory time.

“I am heartbroken over the tragedy that took place today. My heart is with all who came out to celebrate with us and have been affected. KC, you mean the world to me,” Kelce tweeted hours after the tragic shooting.

Patrick also shared with fans that he was safe, posting on X that he was “Praying for Kansas City… 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.”

The newly minted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie also spoke out about the “traumatizing” events.

He was even seen snapping selfies with police officers on his way to dinner. TMZ

“Shooting people is never the answer,” the mom of two wrote on her Instagram Story this week. “Praying for Kansas City & America in general, this is rough.

“Highly embarrassed and disappointed in this, Super Bowl wins will never be the same because of this, it’s devastating,” she continued.

“Lives lost and people injured during something that was suppose [sic] to be a celebration.”
