Travis Kelce has been ‘huge support system’ for Taylor Swift after fan’s death: ‘She is so grateful’

The guy on the Chiefs is in her corner.

Travis Kelce has reportedly been a “huge support system” for girlfriend Taylor Swift after fan Ana Benevides tragically died while attending her Eras Tour stop in Brazil.

“She is so grateful she’s had Travis. He’s been a huge support system for her right now,” a source told Us Weekly.

“Her family has been there, but it’s different to have a boyfriend to lean on.”

The insider told the outlet that the “Bad Blood” singer has been “completely beside herself” since Benevides’ passing and “it’s been so hard for her to talk about.”

The source noted that Swift’s team has “reached out” to the late fan’s family.

As Page Six previously reported, Benevides waited for hours to get into Estádio Nilton Santos in Rio de Janeiro as temperatures continued to rise to the mid-90s.

Once inside the venue — which reportedly had a heat index of 140° F — the 23-year-old student “fainted” while she was in the front row. She was “resuscitated at the stadium for about 40 minutes” and suffered a second cardiac arrest while on the way to the hospital, according to Brazilian newspaper Folha de S.Paulo.

Benevides reportedly died shortly after arriving at a local hospital.

“I can’t believe I’m writing these words but it is with a shattered heart that I say we lost a fan earlier tonight before my show,” she wrote in a letter shared via her Instagram Stories early Saturday morning.

“I can’t even tell you how devastated I am by this.”

The Grammy winner then rescheduled her second Brazil show, which was slated for Saturday night, to Monday due to the “extreme temperatures” in the area.

Meanwhile, Travis, who plays as a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, was back in the US preparing for his team’s Monday Night Football game against his brother Jason Kelce’s team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kelce and the “Bad Blood” singer went public with their relationship in September.

The two-time Super Bowl champ and his teammates sadly did not take home the victory, losing to the Eagles 21 to 17.

Travis, 34, and Swift went public with their romance in September.

The power couple have both been publicly supportive of each other, with the “Cruel Summer” singer attending several of her beau’s games over the last few months.

The athlete has also seen his girlfriend in action, attending her Eras Tour stop in Argentina alongside her father, Scott Swift, earlier this month.
