Since his “Sonny with a Chance” and “So Random!” days, Sterling Knight has remained in the TV game. His first major role after leaving Disney was on ABC Family’s “Melissa and Joey,” where he played Zander. “Zander is the nicest lovable idiot, I think,” he said in a 2014 interview with BuddyTV. “He’s not the brightest bulb in the batch.
