I was never ashamed of my wiggly, magical belly after having three kids and losing 130lbs – but I’m so happy with my tummy tuck

A mother-of-three who was left with a pouch of loose skin after losing 130lbs has impressed TikTok fans with her transformation.

Courtney Kleinebreil, from Arkansas, known as @courtney_andcrew on TikTok boasts a massive 500,000 following and frequently documents her lifestyle as a mother.

In a clip posted by the influencer back in January, Courtney showed off the loose skin on her stomach after having three children and losing 130lbs, declaring it  ‘wiggly, strong, and magical’.

The confident mother told viewers: ‘I will not be ashamed’.

However, in a more recent clip posted to her channel, the mother revealed that she has undergone a tummy tuck to get rid of all the loose skin after her massive weight loss.

In a clip posted by the influencer back in January, Courtney sported black leggings and a brown tank top that was slightly cropped so her midriff was on show

But while she decided to take the plunge and remove the loose skin, it's clear that Courtney was never ashamed of her 'magical' body that helped her through childbirth

In a clip posted by the influencer back in January, Courtney sported black leggings and a brown tank top that was slightly cropped so her midriff was on show – but she recently unveiled a more slender frame after undergoing a tummy tuck

In the first video she flaunted her stomach, after rolling her high-waisted leggings down to show loose skin, and said she’d ‘continue to appreciate and not hide it’.

But Courtney is now ‘so happy with her body post-tummy tuck’.

But while she decided to take the plunge and remove the loose skin, it’s clear that Courtney was never ashamed of her ‘magical’ body that helped her through childbirth.

Courtney said in her transformation video: ‘I’ll never ever be ashamed of this body with a stomach full of loose skin’ while she referred to pictures of her old self.

She explained that she ‘worked so hard for it [her body]’, while she displayed a picture of herself at a heavier weight.

This comes shortly after a London mother lost 30kg in six months after starting small and doing a 20-minute workout routine in her bedroom.

Rachael Sacerdoti, from London, weighed 90kg nine months after she gave birth to her youngest daughter.

The 44-year-old stay-at-home parent struggled with her size, and her feet would regularly turn red and swell when she walked.

After starting her at-home workout routine, Rachael began to lose 1kg a week just from slowly altering her diet, going on 10 minute walks around her block, and exercising with weights for 20 minutes on her bedroom floor

Rachael began to lose 1kg a week by slowly altering her diet, going on 10-minute walks around the block, and exercising with weights on her bedroom floor.

She had ‘lost herself’ after gaining weight and becoming a mother in her early 30s and confessed she ‘didn’t know who she was’ before she started her fitness journey.

‘I’ve really struggled with food my whole life, I had no education about what balanced meals were or how to cook for myself,’ Rachael told FEMAIL.

‘I had extremely bad food habits and lived on carbs and sugar. None of my meals had protein, and I was constantly snacking on white bread, jam, and fried foods.

She also didn’t have a routine and ate every time she felt peckish – and it was never ‘anything healthy’.
