LA truck driver with two PENISES reveals the highs and lows of living with one in 5million condition: ‘The sex was great and women were hooked – but I got one chopped off to feel normal’

A Los Angeles trucker has revealed his unusual condition that has endowed him with two penises – which he says has mesmerized some of his lovers while alienating others.

Tank, as he calls himself, was born with diphallia, an extremely rare genetic abnormality that left him with two functional penises.

For many women, the extra appendage was an added benefit that many did not not believe to be true until he ‘took them to the room [and] they’d see’.

Tank now has just one penis having had one of the two surgically removed, finding the extra proved problematic in some situations

Diphallia is exceedingly rare, with some estimates putting the incidence at one in 30 million. Not all cases are the same. In some instances, both organs can be fully formed, like those shown in the above diagram, while in others, one or both may be smaller or have abnormal anatomy

But the extra penis proved more trouble than it was worth in the end, as having sex with one at a time proved difficult and not always optimal for his dates.

Tank, who said he comes from a family in which unusual pubic regions are fairly common, ultimately decided to have one of his penises surgically removed.

Diphallia, a condition in which the penis is divided in two parts, is exceedingly uncommon, with some estimates putting the incidence at one in five million births while another pegs it at a miniscule one in 30 million.

Tank detailed his unusual affliction in a video interview posted to the Youtube channel Soft White Underbelly. 

In it, he explained that at age 12 he was sent to a juvenile detention facility after being convicted of manslaughter.

When he was released at age 24, having never had sex, Tank decided to make the most of his extra penis. 

He told the interviewer: ‘Women didn’t believe it when I told them I had two d****, but then I took them to the room they’d see.’

He added that he would ejaculate from both penises even if he was only using one. 

The excess member ‘at the side’ would feel ‘like it’s gonna blow up.’

But it was not always the case that one was in use but not the other. 

Tank said some of his paramours actually enjoyed the sensation of being penetrated with both at the same time, which one who purportedly became ‘hooked’.

He said: ‘She wanted to be a porn star and she wanted us to do a video together,’ adding then, ‘I probably would have made a lot of money.’

And while a select few benefited from his condition, it was problematic and even painful for many, spurring him to make the difficult decision to undergo surgery to remove one of the penises.

He further divulged that he is not the first case of diphallia in his family. 

His uncle was born with the same abnormality while he said his father was born with very large testicles ‘like a bull.’

Tank’s condition is rare but he is not the first to publicly speak about it. About nine years ago, a man who went by DoubleD***Dude on Reddit detailed what it was like to live with his affliction. He told one user that his prostate gets inflamed if he does not ejaculate regularly.

He said: ‘I’m probably the only guy with a legit reason to orgasm at least once every day or two days… otherwise it feels bloated and painful.’
