Real Madrid squad ratings on EA Sports FC 24

For those who combine their love for football with video games, this really is the most wonderful time of the year.

The 2023/24 season is underway and the excitement surrounding the release of EA Sports’ new football game is building. After cutting ties with FIFA, EA Sports are heading in a different direction and have created their own game due for release in September 2023.

EA Sports FC 24 won’t be drastically different from previous iterations which gamers grew to love (and hate), with Ultimate Team crucially continuing as a game mode. We’ve reached the point when ratings for the game’s top players are starting to be released.

Here’s what we know about the ratings for the entire Real Madrid squad so far.

Karim Benzema was Real Madrid’s highest-rated player in FIFA 23 but he is now plying his trade in the Saudi Pro League. Thus, Thibaut Courtois should emerge as the highest-rated Blancos player on EA Sports 24 after yet another excellent season.

The Belgian was rated 90 last time out.

There might be slight downgrades for Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, although Real’s new crop of exciting young midfielders are poised to earn upgraded ratings. Jude Bellingham, Federico Valverde, Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga are all set to earn increased ratings in the new game.

Camavinga was criminally just 79 rated in FIFA 23.

Rodrygo, rated 81 last time out, is also due a big upgrade after his coming-of-age campaign in the Spanish capital. The Brazilian registered 30 goal contributions in all competitions last season and proved himself to be capable of delivering when it mattered most for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.

On the contrary, the previously 83-rated Ferland Mendy could be in for a slight downgrade following his quiet season which was once again hindered by injuries. It’ll also be interesting to see what rating exciting summer arrival Arda Guler is given seeing as he wasn’t on Ultimate Team in FIFA 23.
