The Premier League leaders heading into Gameweek 9 are in action on Monday night when Tottenham host Fulham in north London.
Spurs may well be knocked off top spot when proceedings commence at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool all able to overtake them with wins, but the task for Ange Postecoglou’s side will be clearer come kick-off.
Fulham will be pretty happy with their start, winning three and drawing two of their first eight games, and the Cottagers look to have a decent amount of quality in the squad.

The break has ended positively for Tottenham with both Cristian Romero and Son Heung-min, who suffered injury scares over the international break, recovering in time for Fulham’s visit. However, Yves Bissouma is suspended.
Ivan Perisic and Manor Solomon remain long-term absentees, with goalkeeper Alfie Whiteman also out of action. There is a chance Brennan Johnson will be back, while Rodrigo Bentancur is also back in training ahead of the game.

Players like Son Heung-min and James Maddison are playing with such confidence that there could be a few goals to enjoy. It will be a real surprise if Fulham are able to get anything from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
