‘1000-LB Sisters’ Tammy Slaton Looks For Love On Dating Site

Tammy Slaton is ready to move on!

Three months after losing her husband, Caleb Willingham, the “1000-LB Sisters” star, wants to start a new chapter in her life. The 37-year-old’s incredible weight loss seems to have given her the self-confidence to flaunt her trimmed-down figure on a dating site.

‘1000-LB Sisters’ Tammy Slaton Joins Facebook Dating In Search Of A Potential ‘Chatty’ Lover

The TLC star’s interest in a new relationship was recently confirmed through her profile on the Facebook Dating website. The TV personality’s bio captured a cute picture of Slaton’s trimmed-down figure, as revealed by The US Sun.

The entertainer’s details included her height listed as 5’3, her job as a YouTuber, and she also confessed to being an occasional smoker. As for what she hoped to gain through the dating site, Slaton stated she was looking for “chatting, friendship, or a long-term relationship.”

Although Slaton’s dating profile did not specify if she was searching for a male or female, it was previously revealed that the 37-year-old wants to start playing for both teams. In August, a source close to Slaton disclosed that she would not mind having a relationship with a woman.

According to the insider, the TLC star contemplated having a girlfriend instead of searching for a new man. Additionally, the informant claimed that Slaton was “in her bad b***h era.” In the source’s words, “Tammy is pansexual, and she’s looking to date a woman right now.”

The insider explained that Slaton had “been talking to a few people,” but nothing was “serious” yet. Although her decision to return to the dating pool came shortly after her husband’s death, the source noted her weight loss had inspired her comeback.

“Tammy has lost all of this weight, and she’s ready to get back out there,” the informant revealed, referencing the TV star’s nearly 400 pounds weight loss journey. Regarding Slaton’s feelings about Willingham, the source added:

“Caleb passing away was hard for her, but they were already having problems, and she felt he didn’t have time for her. Tammy felt that he didn’t put effort into trying to move to Kentucky and get out of rehab to be with her.”

Despite the couple’s alleged issues before Willingham’s heartbreaking death, Slaton hosted a wonderful burial ceremony for her husband. However, her final goodbyes did not go as planned because of “1000-LB Sisters” showrunners.

A source claimed the YouTuber was upset because the intimate gathering had been filmed to appear more “depressing” than it was. Slaton blamed TLC for “forcing drama” at what should have been an extraordinary event.

“The filming of the funeral was ‘completely not natural,’ and things were put in there to make it seem sad when it really wasn’t that sad. People were having fun, but [TLC producers] made it depressing,” the insider alleged.

According to the informant, Slaton was worried that TLC’s heartbreaking take on Willingham’s funeral would give fans the wrong idea about her emotional state. “She isn’t emotionally relapsing or going back on her diet – she’s doing great,” the source explained.

Tammy Slaton Got Emotional Over Caleb Willingham’s Death

Months before diving into the dating pool, the “1000-LB Sisters” star broke down in tears during an emotional TikTok video. In July, Slaton opened up to fans about her husband’s death, noting their supportive comments had inspired her post.

“I hate getting on here and letting everybody see me like this. I’m in the stages of grief. Yeah, we were having problems, but I loved that man, and I still do,” the 37-year-old confessed on the verge of tears. Although the widow confirmed Willingham’s passing, she refused to announce his cause of death.

“No offense, but it’s really personal. I miss him like crazy, but I wanted to thank everybody for — I’m sorry — thank everybody for their comments,” the reality star explained. Her emotional update touched fans’ hearts, with many sending their condolences and prayers to Slaton.

One follower penned, “Tammy, Jesus will be with you every step of the way, holding you tight [through] this difficult time [you’re] going through. Be strong.” The individual’s message received a video response from the grieving television personality, who thanked the fan for their support.

Slaton captioned the post, “I’m sorry I’m crying, but just because I’m crying doesn’t mean I’m not strong; I’ve got this.” More admirers sent encouraging messages, assuring the TV personality that crying was not shameful.

“Sending prayers for you, Tammy. Crying is not a sign of weakness. It’s a sign that part of your heart is no longer here. Hold the good memories,” a TikTok user sweetly commented. Another wrote, “He’s in a place with no pain on his body. You showed him happiness. I’m so sorry for your loss.”
