Police are now investigating Michael B. Jordan‘s horrific accident after a video of his Ferrari smashing into a Kia went viral.
The “Black Panther” actor crashed his blue Ferrari into a parked Kia, which was also blue, around 11:30 p.m. in Hollywood, California. When the police arrived on the scene, they found no signs of the driver, Jordan, being impaired by drugs or alcohol.
Video footage of the accident went viral, showing what seemed to be a race between the actor and an unknown individual. That is when Jordan crashed into the parked vehicle.
Jordan can be seen driving at a high speed in the video, before his car appears to slightly swerve left and then right, smashing into the parked car.
The LAPD referred to the incident as a “traffic collision of a vehicle into a parked [car],” in a statement at the time. Police are now investigating the crash.

Fans were left confused since there was no foul play or DUI expected. “How do you randomly lose control like that,” one user asked.
“How did he even lose it lol bro get some lessons on how to drive,” another said.
As one user said, “Just so long as the police use this as an opportunity to show no one is above the law.”
“LMAOO damn that’s kinda embarrassing,” another wrote.
One fan poked fun, writing, “If you can afford it you should learn how to drive it,” while another chimed in with, “Bro took the traction control off like he really about that life.”
Another user took a more serious stance, pointing out, “Money doesn’t equal intelligence clearly…Lucky he didn’t hit and kill a pedestrian.”
One user brought up Jordan’s film, ‘Creed,’ writing, “Creed was bobbing when he should’ve been weaving.”
Speaking of, Michael B. Jordan is currently getting ready to reprise his role as Adonis Creed in “Creed IV.”
“Creed III” producer Irwin Winkler said that a “Creed IV” is in the works and franchise star Michael B. Jordan will return. “We are planning to do ‘Creed IV’ right now,” Winkler said at a recent event. “We have a really good story [and] a really good plot. We got a little delayed because of the strikes, but about a year from now we’re going into pre-production.”

As The Blast previously reported, photos of the accident were released the morning after the crash, which showed the damage to the Kia. The back left of the car was completely destroyed and parts of the blue Kia were ripped off. Scratch marks were also seen surrounding the tire. Plus, the gas cap was also pushed open.
The collision happened around midnight on December 2 on Sunset Boulevard and North Beachwood Drive, per ABC News. Luckily, there were no injuries or damage to other properties (aside from the Kia and the Ferrari, which is registered to the “Black Panther” star.)

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation. Michael B. Jordan has yet to comment on the accident.
