Where to watch Indiana Pacers vs Cleveland Cavaliers

The Indiana Pacers (2-2) are ready to take on their first In-Season Tournament (IST) as they face the Cleveland Cavaliers (2-3) at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Friday. The new tournament has been included in the 2023-24 season to provide players and teams an added chance to interact with fans in a new way, and create more buzz in the initial stages of the season.

Before the regular season kicked off, the Pacers were assigned to the “East A” group alongside the Cavs, Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks, and Detroit Pistons. After their first game with Cleveland, the team will play their second IST match against Philadelphia on November 14. They will then play an away game agaisnt Atlanta on November 21 before a home game with Detroit on November 24.

The top-ranked teams from the group stage, and two “wild cards”, will move forward to the knockout rounds, beginning with the single-elimination quarterfinal games set to take place in NBA team markets on December 4-5.

Meanwhile, Pacers’ esteemed head coach, Rick Carlisle, remains on the cusp of achieving a significant milestone, requiring only two more wins to reach an impressive tally of 900 victories throughout his illustrious NBA career.

In another notable feat, Buddy Hield stands just five 3-pointers away from surpassing Dale Ellis to claim the 28th spot for the most 3-pointers made by a player in the history of the NBA. Currently, Hield’s successful three-pointers tally stands at 1,715.
