Speaking to In Touch Weekly, a source claimed that Brad is insistent Ines sign a non-disclosure agreement to prove she has the right intentions as well as to safeguard his privacy.
“It’s just that he values his privacy,” the insider explained. “People of Brad’s status don’t want their texts or anything personal shared with the universe. Brad wants transparency and honesty.”

Ines Allegedly Isn’t Surprised Brad Wants Her To Sign An NDA
Despite Brad’s demand, Ines is reportedly understanding of his request, as the source implies she’s open to signing the agreement. “[She] would have been surprised if he didn’t ask her to sign one,” the source went on.
“It’s pretty recent,” the insider said of their latest living arrangement, adding that Ines has not given up her own place completely.
Brad may still have reservations about being in a serious relationship, but that hasn’t stopped him from making a big move with Ines – literally. She’s apparently been staying at his home more frequently as they transition to living together.
“It’s pretty recent,” a source told PEOPLE. “They are going very strong and she is happier than ever.”
Brad and Ines were first linked in 2022, and though they’ve remained relatively private about their relationship, its seemingly continued to get serious. Various reports claim the couple is looking forward to marriage and children.
