According to People Magazine, this is less than Lopez was hoping for. She originally put it on the market for $42.5 million six months after her marriage to Ben Affleck last year.
Lopez And Affleck Bought A $61 Million Mansion This Year
With 12,000 square feet of living space, the home has a variety of luxury amenities, including a library, private theatre, chef’s kitchen, and guest house, which has the potential to be converted into a gym or studio. The estate offers maximum privacy, as it’s surrounded by tall wooden gates and features an array of foliage.
