Bethenny Frankel caused a stir on social media when she shared a snap of the phallic dessert she purchased with her 13-year-old daughter, Bryn.
Over the weekend, the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum shared a glimpse via social media of her Australian vacation with her daughter ahead of her “In Conversation with Bethenny Frankel” panel.
In the pics, the mother-daughter duo explored Melbourne along the Yarra River, before indulging in a multi-colored, glittery dessert from Mykiki, which resembled a penis.
“To be able to turn a work trip into a mother daughter bonding trip and travel experience means I have worked to create a life that dreams are made of,” she captioned the post over the weekend.
“Exploring all that Melbourne has to offer and can’t wait to show you more of this adventure. We are so happy here! PS. The food scene here is incredible and let’s just say we got more than we bargained for…👀🙈🌈,” she went on, referencing the penis-shaped waffle in the final slide of the post.
However, fans weren’t too happy about what they had gotten into during their vacation.
“you are her Mom, not her bestie. Make better decisions 🙁,” one person commented on the post.
“Confused about the last pic and trying to set an example for your young daughter,” another chimed in, while a third wrote, “Why would you post that with photos of you and your daughter!”
Others, however, defended the former Bravolebrity.
“Bethenny I am so sorry all of these people are being haters – you’re a fantastic mother, your daughter is beautiful and these trolls just need a hug and some healing,” one follower wrote.
An Aussie fan added, “We have some random stores here that serve food and dessert in funny shapes. It’s funny and not that serious. Welcome to Aus B, have the best trip.
“If this bothers you, you are following the wrong person,” another chimed in. “Go clutch your pearls somewhere else. While you’re at it, find humor. Seriously, let loose and laugh a little.”

This isn’t the first time Frankel has been criticized for her parenting choices on social media.
In December, the Skinnygirl mogul was slammed for sharing social media photos of Bryn in a bikini.
While on a trip to Turks and Caicos, Frankel shared several snaps of her daughter wearing a light blue, two-piece swimsuit.
“Love you but the internet is an awful place you outta remove Bryn’s bikini pic, although I fear it’s already too late,” one fan suggested at the time.
“Not sure the picture of your young daughter is a great idea considering some of the people on social media 🤔,” another agreed.
