This mom has some surprises up her sleeve, too.
While Paris Hilton famously shocked her mom, Kathy Hilton, and the rest of her family with the births of both her son, Phoenix, and daughter, London, via surrogate, it seems like Kathy got her back by revealing a secret tattoo during an episode of “Watch What Happens Live” on Wednesday.
The mother-daughter duo sat down with host Andy Cohen to discuss, among other things, Kathy’s 54-year-old sister, Kyle Richards’, separation from ex-husband Mauricio Umansky — but the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 64, dropped a bomb in the middle of another discussion.
“Tonight we saw Kyle and her friend Morgan getting tattoos,” Cohen said, referring to the country star, 28, that Richards has been getting close to.
“You’ve met Morgan Wade, right?” the Bravo host continued as Kathy — who recently reconciled with Kyle, said, “Mmm hmm.”
“You went to the concert, and you’ve … wait a minute, you got a tattoo, too?” Cohen said as Kathy raised the hem of her silver sequined maxi skirt to reveal a design on her ankle that wasn’t visible to the camera.
But Cohen — who said “oh, I love it” — wasn’t the only one surprised by the ink.
“WHAT?” Paris, 42, exclaimed in shock, adding, “You have a tattoo?”
“Morgan, Kyle and I got a tattoo,” the mom of four replied, with the “Paris in Love” star quipping, “I don’t even have one.”
“How did I miss you at the tattoo parlor?” Cohen asked, with Kathy explaining that she got it at her home and that sister Kim Richards, 59, was also there.
Although viewers didn’t get a close-up look at the tattoo, the “Housewife” hinted at the design, sharing, “Four-leaf clovers are my favorite thing.”
As for Wade, Kathy said, “I love her. She is a very humble, wonderful, lovely girl and very talented. Seeing her on stage is really something.”

The “Stars are Blind” singer supported her aunt as well, saying, “I think Kyle looks hotter than ever and I’m so happy for her.”
Tattoos have been a hot-button issue for the family, with Mauricio Umansky expressing his displeasure at his estranged wife’s growing ink collection on the Bravo show. Despite his protests, Richards not only tattooed her initial on Wade but also got her own celestial design by her hip in Wednesday’s episode.
Perhaps Paris can join them for a family tattoo date next time.
