Now that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s marital estate has been listed for sale, a Georgia judge has divided the property in an attempt to keep the peace between the estranged couple.
The former Atlanta Falcons player received “exclusive possession and use” of the house’s master bedroom, but the common areas are up for him and the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star to share.
The court order, obtained by Page Six, also states that neither can enter the other person’s awarded space without permission and also commands both Zolciak and Biermann to “behave civilly” toward each other, especially in front of their four minor children.
The judge ruled that the pair must not engage in “disparaging” contact or communication and cease “harassing, vilifying, assaulting, stalking” or “otherwise harming” each other.
“Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children,” the documents state.

The former Bravolebrity and the retired NFL player have been locked in a custody battle over their kids — Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9 — since he filed for divorce a second time in August.
Biermann, 38, has claimed Zolciak, 45, has acted “abusively” in front of their children while the reality star has denied any wrongdoing and countersued for full custody of their young ones, stating in court documents that she is a “loving, fit and proper parent.”
Although the “Don’t Be Tardy” alums have been battling it out in court, they’ve also gotten into severe altercations at their mansion, which resulted in police intervention on more than one occasion.
Zolciak called 911 after Biermann locked himself in their bedroom and refused to allow her to grab her belongings. In shocking bodycam footage, Zolciak can be heard telling officers that she had been “threatened” by him.
The police interventions appeared to be the nadir for the longtime couple, as Zolciak finally agreed to the divorce.
Despite their pending dissolution, the two were spotted at an airport last week jetting off together.
The former “Housewife” also has two adult daughters from a previous relationship: Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22.
